Carol is a fitness trainer specializing in Strength Training & Boxing Fitness. She wishes to share her experience, knowledge and passion for the sport, to boxers of all levels, through 1:1 sessions and group training. She coaches her private training clients through a holistic fitness approach encompassing the principles of movement and strength, nutrition, recovery practices, to optimize real life long results.
A former pro athlete, Ivan’s training sessions focus on building strength, agility, and endurance through a combination of bodyweight exercises and functional movements that mimic real-life activities.
